How is a weekend package billed?

Per block of hours or as a day rate, confirmed at booking, with tolls and VAT included. Night hours are built into the package in advance, so there are no surprises on the final invoice.

How far in advance should we book?

Book well ahead: during the endurance weekend both vehicles and chauffeurs are scarce in the region. Send us your hotel, your badge type and your provisional times; we refine the schedule in the days beforehand.

Do you drive at night as well?

Yes. On a multi-day package the night is simply part of the assignment: your chauffeur stays on standby or returns at agreed times, with rest periods properly scheduled so you always have a rested chauffeur at the wheel.

The 24 Hours of Spa isn't a day out, it's a weekend run in shifts: the afternoon start, sunset above the Raidillon, the night sessions and then the finish. Few guests stay thirty hours straight; you alternate between circuit, hotel and restaurant. That is exactly where a dedicated chauffeur beats a string of separate journeys.

From Brussels it's about 1h30 to 2h via the E40 and the E42; from Liège it's a short hop. Around the circuit the roads are quieter at night but the entrances stay filtered: your chauffeur works with the gates and the approaches via Francorchamps, Stavelot and Malmedy, and drops you where your badge is valid.

A multi-day disposition means the same chauffeur knows your entire weekend: the time you want to be at the pit walk, when you'll go and sleep a few hours in Spa or Malmedy, and that you'll want to be back at the grandstand at four in the morning.
