Yes. Transfers are quoted before departure, tolls and VAT included. The evening package is billed per block of hours or as an evening rate, confirmed at booking — even when it runs later than planned.

During the Francofolies the centre of Spa becomes one stage after another: the Place Royale, the Parc de Sept Heures and the venues in between. The flip side is that most of the town centre is closed to traffic and the parking spaces in the surrounding streets are taken early in the evening.

From Brussels, allow 1h30 to 2h via the E40 and the E42; from Liège barely half an hour; from Antwerp a little over two hours. We plan the departure around the act you don't want to miss rather than the doors opening, and drop you at the edge of the festival perimeter, as close to the entrance as possible.

For a group we use a Mercedes V-Class; for a discreet evening, a saloon. Your named chauffeur stays on standby during the concerts and then takes you back to your hotel in Spa or Malmedy, or straight through to Liège, Brussels or Antwerp — however late it gets.
