Yes for transfers: confirmed before departure, with tolls and VAT included. Disposition is billed per block of hours or as a day rate, confirmed at booking, however busy the centre is.

In most cases yes: many hotels inside the canals remain accessible for a drop-off with luggage. Where that isn't allowed, we choose the nearest permitted point and your chauffeur carries the cases to the entrance.
