Parking near the esplanade is tight from the moment the doors open, and on preview night the approaches are solid. A chauffeur drops you at the entrance and waits nearby until you're done.
From the Amigo, the Steigenberger, the Conrad or a residence in the centre it's only a few kilometres — but those few kilometres seize up fast in the evening rush and in the rain. - If you're combining the fair with gallery visits, a private viewing or lunch, disposition is the better option: the vehicle stays on standby and you decide on the spot when to move on. For one visit with no detours, a single transfer will do.
- Is the price agreed in advance?
- Yes. Transfers are quoted before departure, VAT included. Disposition runs per block of hours or as a day rate confirmed at booking — and even on preview days we apply no peak surcharge.
- How do we book?
- Online, on WhatsApp or by phone. Give us your hotel, your fair day and your provisional times; we confirm the vehicle and your chauffeur's name, and keep the schedule flexible for last-minute appointments.
- Does the chauffeur wait during the fair visit?
- On a disposition the vehicle stays on standby near Brussels Expo, even if your visit runs on until the last stand closes. On a transfer we confirm the included waiting time and the rate beyond it in advance.
