Authorised drop-offs and access control
Schuman, Rue de la Loi, Justus Lipsius, Berlaymont or Brussels-Midi: every address has its workable drop point and its barriers. We go straight there instead of circling a filtered gate.
Where accreditation requires it, the chauffeur supplies vehicle and identity details to security before the mission.
Summits, perimeters and confidentiality
On summit days the Operations Desk checks the sealed perimeters that same morning and confirms a fallback drop point before you leave.
NDA signed on request, unmarked vehicle, no name displayed: discretion is the default position, not a billable extra.
Planning Steigenberger Wiltcher's (Brussels) → Brussels Midi Station in the European Quarter
Allow 10 min for 4 km outside the security perimeter. We build in the margin for checks rather than leaving you three streets from the meeting.
