Chauffeur hire

Dedicated vehicle and driver for meetings, protocols or multiple stops. Minimum 3 hours.

Vehicle and driver at your disposal (min. 3 h)

Leave blank if the driver accompanies you to multiple stops. Describe the mission in the « Details » step.

Minimum 3 hours. Beyond 12 h, count in days: 1 day = 8 hours of service (daily rate).

15 km included per booked hour. Beyond that, each extra kilometre is billed at €2/km at the end of the hire.

How it works

Your booking in three steps

A simple, transparent journey — from the form to meeting your chauffeur.

  1. Complete your trip details

    Enter your addresses, date and time, then choose your vehicle. The price shown is fixed and all-inclusive.

  2. Confirm and receive your email

    After online payment or request validation, a summary email is sent with your booking reference.

  3. Meet your chauffeur

    On the day, your chauffeur waits at the agreed meeting point with a name sign. Flight tracking included for airport arrivals.

Fixed quote, confirmed

Every mission is priced before departure — tolls, waiting and vehicle included. No meter, no surge, no surprises on arrival.

Flight monitoring & waiting

We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup automatically. Complimentary waiting is generous; extensions are agreed in advance.

Named chauffeur

You receive the name, photo and phone of your chauffeur before the trip — the same professional from greeting to drop-off.

Flexible & LEZ-compliant

Adjust or cancel through the Operations Desk. LEZ-compliant vehicles cleared for the Brussels, Antwerp and Ghent low-emission zones.
